In using this Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the Service. |

Nature of Service |

MyInternetChurch.com aims to offer its partners an experience similar to that of partnership in any other church, except that services and pastoral care are provided online rather than from physical premises. As such the Service is non-commercial and is intended to offer its partners instruction, support and fellowship in their growth as Christians. |

Classes of partnership |

Your use of the Service is subject to the following limitations:
As a member, you may access any current sermons and receive pastoral care through the chat system and direct email contact.
You acknowledge that our lay pastors do not possess any particular professional or trade qualifications, and that their advice is based on their personal interpretation of God's word as expressed in the Bible. Your decision to follow their advice should be made after prayerful reflection, and where appropriate any professional advice that may be relevant. |

Acceptable use |

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes in strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, ordinances and other legislation of whatsoever character as amended from time to time.
In particular you may not use the Service:
to transmit defamatory, offensive or abusive material or material of obscene or menacing character;
to transmit any material (including viruses) which is likely to cause harm to MyInternetChurch.com or any other computer systems;
in connection with the use or distribution of any material in breach of any copyright or other intellectual property rights;
to publish or display any pornographic material |

Online donations |
|

Donations and purchases are taken in Australian dollars and are exempt from GST. Credit card payments are processed by a third party service provider and no record of those details is kept by MyInternetChurch.com. You are liable for any taxes, or charges or duties, other than GST, that may be payable on your donation or purchase. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must submit your payment. |
